Bladder Bag, The Royston Broadstairs, 17/03/23. Almost clear very pale yellow with no head. Nose is big on elderflower, apple skins, hedgerow, light vinous twang. Taste comprises sweet elderflower cordial, apple pulp, sugars, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Great elderflower nose bit weighed in rather too sweet. Was a nice blend 50/50 with the Ascension Mothership.

500ml bottle from Ciderlicious online. Sparkling, pale yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of elderflower, floral, citric, fruity apple. Taste is sweet, elderflower, juicy apple, alittle pip, floral, citrus, some tartness. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, light to medium carbonation, finish is sweet with lingering tart acidity. Quite OK
