Sample thanks to Danlo: Poured a unclear orange with a bubble white head. Aroma is apple, pungent, leather, tannins. Taste is leathery, tannins, apples, cereal, drying to palate.

30/1/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours slightly hazy golden orange with a small short lasting white head. Aroma is woody, sweet, appley, funky. Moderate sweetness and light bitter/tart. A little watery. Drying tart funky finish. Quite drinkable.

330ml bottle from Dalton Moor Farm. Bottled 12-1-2020. Orangey gold colour, short-lived white head and aroma of fruity apple yeasty. Taste is sweet and tart, apple, woody, mellow, fruity, acidic, drying. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart finish. Nicely drinkable.
