Bottle from Northumbrian Gifts. Clear gold, some white foam. Aroma of tart apples, wood, light funk. Taste of moderate sour apple juice, oily, wood, moderate dry finish. It's ok.

Bottle from Sainsbury's Supermarket, Salford. Clear golden-orange in colour. Certainly dry, in taste and aftertaste, there's plenty of apple in here too, with its strength just about apparent.

500ml bottle - Pours a clear golden colour with a carbonated fizzy white head that quickly disappeared. The aroma is fruity, apples with light toffee notes. A light dry fruity taste, dried and fresh apple flavours with some tannins in a dry finish.

Bottle at from Sainsbury's. A clear petrol gold coloured pour with a fine fading white head. Aroma is semi sweet, waxy apple, clean apple. Flavour is sharp tangy, sharp apple, zesty, Palate is sharp tangy, highish carbonation . Decent clean and crisp stuff.

Bottle from Purely Cornish. Appearance - yellow to amber. Gentle carbonation. Nose - tart, yet juicy apples. Taste - dry apple. apple skins. Hay or wood maybe. Palate - close to medium bodied. Dry, fairly tangy finish. Overall - a solid citizen, much like many other ciders.
