Yowler is our much loved medium-dry, sparkling apple cider! Effervescent, flavoursome and full of mouth-feel : this 100% whole juice apple cider pours a burnt gold and is oh so moreish! Powerfully symbolic: the namesake, Yowler, conducts the centuries old ceremony of wassailing where bad spirits are driven from the orchard and good ones are welcomed in.

On tap at The Made Inn Ashford clear deep amber colour. Thin white head. Apple juice aroma. Some apple skim some character. . Lightly sparling. More apple juice in mouth bit the apple skins and tannin kick in. Even a bit of tannin attack on the teeth and gums. Pretty decent. I liked it.

330ml bottle. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away to a thin rim and aroma of caramel, mellow baked apple. Taste is sweetish, juicy apple, fruity and fleshy, with caramel, baked apple and some acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable

Keg from their stall at Sandwich food and drink festival, 18/05/19. Clear light golden, carbonation evident. Nose is apple skins, light funky notes, straw, farmyard twang. Taste comprises apple orchard, hay bale, barnyard notes, light base funk. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Decent sparkling affair with a pleasantly funky edge.
