Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours clear very pale yellow - gold with a fizzy white head. The aroma is musty, apple skin, bright, sherbet, crunchy apple, funk, sharp white wine and some lemon - lime. The taste is firmly dry, snappy, leather, light tartness, tannic, apple skin, crunchy apple, melon, pear, some farmyard, tbright, zingy and quenching with a drying finale. Average body and fine, spritzy carbonation. Nice combo. Crispy, crunchy and quenching.

44cl can from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours opaque/hazy orange, with no foam. Aroma is very different from an average cider, making the craft dimension of this cider evident and resulting in a spiced and lemony feeling. Body is slightly denser than average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is nicely acidic, with some sweetness as well. Nice astringency in the final.

500ml bottle from Beercraft. Golden colour, foamy white head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of mucky apple. Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, fleshy, some mucky funk hints and drying citric acidity, alittle tannin. Medium bodied, medium to high carbonation, medium-dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle from Grape & Grind, Bristol. Golden and slightly hazy, with moderate carbonation. Medium dry apple fruit, some barnyard character, and rather jarring traces of sweetener. Ok.
