500ml bottle from Red Bank. Pale golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of floral elderflower, alittle pear. Taste is sweetish, tangy, elderflower, citric, with some light pear notes. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-dry citric elderflower finish. Refreshing, quite OK
