This superb, golden cask ale is brewed with four varieties of hops - Goldings, Fuggles, Target and the rare Bramling Cross - to give a wonderful depth of flavour, rounded finish and fruity aroma. It’s also late-hopped with all four varieties of hops to boost taste and aroma still further.

Cask-conditioned at the Elephant & Castle, Amwell, Herts May 2006. This didn’t make much of an impact. Gold with a minimal head. Fruity aroma, flavour of caramel followed by a moderate bitter finish. Ok.

Cask handpull at Folkestone Wetherspoons. Copper colour, thin off white head. Some hop/yeast aroma. Fruits in mouth are alright, rose/pear drop, dusty finish. Better than in bottle. OK hop on end. Not too much going on though

[Cask at Charlie's Bar, Copenhagen] An orange beer with a small dense white head. The aroma is lightly hoppy. The flavor is nicely hoppy with notes of grass, oil, and quite fruity. A fine bitter. I love Triumph - had a Triumph motorbike last year!
