YG 291024. Deep golden color with a white head. Aroma is sourness, lemon, bread, caramel. Flavor is sourness, lemon, bread, caramel, fruit, herbs. Weird beer.

Bottle. A lightly hazy deep golden colored beer with a rather minimalistic white head. Sourish aroma with lemon and some bread dough. Lightly caramel-ish and bready, with some sweetish fruity scents. It's dry, lighlty tart and with a soft carbonation. Medium to thin on the palate. I see Holmen1 mentions blood orange as a flavor, to which I say I definitely agree. Probably woudn't have thought of that myself. He mentions rhubarb as well, which was my first thought along with generic citrus zest and juice. There's also a light doughy touch and some sweetness. Wonder if the sweetness is from the sugar kelp used in this beer. Medium length mostly sour, citrusy finish. Not really sure about this one. It's not my kind of beer, but at least it has an interesting aroma and flavor profile. 241029

Notater fra en hyggelig kveld sammen med skibsrederen og trekkspilleren: 0,5 flaske. Lett uklar rødlig kobber med kort skum. Deilig, bærsyrlig aroma og smak med blodappelsiner, rabarbra og rips. Mild bitterhet, frisk og freidig.

Bottle shared with JFE and JMD at Bjørnøy 11.04.21. Dark orange mahogany. Some off-white head. Fine aroma and taste of rhubarb, gooseberries, red currants, plums, pale malt and lactic acid. Good!

500ml bottle, B240, kindly shared by lmojoh. Pours a bubbly, off-white head over a near-clear amber-reddish body, clingy lacing. Hints of berry skins on the nose. Impacts of green apples and berries to the taste character. Ends tart, dry and sweet. Okay cleanser. (Bakken rating session with djoeye, Finn and lmojoh, Hamna 10.09.2020).
