Bakgården Både & 150319. golden color with an off-white head. Aroma is yeast, fruit, malt, hop. Flavor is yeast, malt, hop, kveik, juniper, oranges, herbs, tye, bread. Nice beer.

On tap at Både&. Did to be 8%. A hazy orange-golden beer with a small off-white head. The aroma is lightly foresty, with fruits and grass. It's medium to full bodied, softly carbonated with flavors of pale malts in the back, forest, grass, bread and a light citrus touch. Lasting fruity finish. Sure easy drinkable, but not my preferred kind of beer anyway. 290310

Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, sour grass, kveik, fruit stones, weeds, minerals, bark, hay, flowers, paper, light malts, juniper. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, weeds, sour grass, kveik, minerals, bark, fruit stones, hay, juniper, paper, light malts, flowers. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and harsh sour-ish mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Unclear deep golden with a fine head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Pleasant carbonation level. Easy to drink. Ok complexity in this one. Mild acidic, fruity, yeast, herbal and forest stuff. Pleasant and easy drinkable beer with a fine character.

Endelig er det Mandag i annen igjen, og vi skriver september etter en strålende sommer! Kveldens tredje øl, også dette fra fat: lett uklar lys gylden med ok skum. Et sterkt gardsøl med kveik fra Voss - maltsødme og bringebær i aromaen, mens smaken oppviser deilige bæraktige toner sammen med noe einer og høy/stall. Mild bitterhet i avslutningen, slank for sin voltstyrke og svært lettdrikkelig.

From tap at Mi2 at Cardinal 03.09.18. Cloudy dark hay colour. Diminishing white head. Aroma of farmyard, horseblanket, sweathy stableboys and sour berries. Taste of sour berries, roganberries and juniper shoots.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 7%. Slightly hazy orange colour, moderate white head. Fruity aroma of kveik (traditional Norwegian farmhouse yeast), a hint of juniper. The flavour is also fruity with notes of kveik, slightly acidic. Again hints of juniper, moderate hops. .
