Saison originated in Wallonia, the French speaking part of Belgium. It was traditionally brewed for the summer season to refresh farm workers during the harvest. With this accessible, citrusy beer we offer you a refreshing break from the heavy hopped IPAs. To achieve this we used only the classic European hops and dedicated saison yeast.
It smells of fruit, cloves and herbs; tastes slightly tart, subtly bitter and dry. Lively and yet delicate carbonation makes it exceptionally fresh and quaffable, ideal for the warmer season. Personally, we like to open and close the night with this one.
Be sure to try our fortified version of that beer – Szczyt Sezonu.

Tap at Dom Piwa, Poznan. 5,7%. Slightly hazy yellow color, steady white head. Light banana and white pepper in the nose. Light-bodied. Crisp carbonation. Fruity, saison yeasty, a bit spicey. Also some hints of vegetables.

On tap at Kufle i Kapsle, Warsaw. Light to mid-gold, reasonably hazy. Massive thick white head which dissipates over time. Yeast, cider vinegar, hints of toast and leather. Spicy bittersweet taste, full of the yeast character. Finish and aftertaste are more bitter than would normally be expected. Body falls a bit flat but otherwise a very pleasant easy-drinking beer.

Tap (Kontynuacja, Wroclaw). Barwa jasno zlota, piwo delikatnie zmetnione, piana biala, gesta, obfita, srednio trwala choc ladnie krazkujaca. Aromat owocowo- przyprawowy z nutami weizenowymi. W smaku bardzo zbieznie, s? nuty weizenowe i przyprawowo-owocowe charakterystyczne dla Belgii, które zaczynaj? dominowa? w miare ogrzewania sie piwa. Ogolnie piwo lekkie, orzezwiajace, przyjemne w odczuciu jak na saison przystalo.
