Sample from can at Fritjofen's juleølsmaking December 2019. Red colour, pink head. Medium sour with notes of cherries and blackcurrants, but not quite as "fresh" character as I hoped for. Not the best sour beer I've had. Will re-rate when/if I have a whole bottle / can.

330ml can bought at Gulating Ølutsalg in Tromsdalen. Shared with Finn. Huge pinkish head over a cloudy (dark) reddish body, spotty lacing. Modest smell of berry skins, mid-sweet. Red berry-fruity flavours on a backbone of lactose. Tart and sweet to the ending. So and so. (Tromsø 10.05.2020).

Shared can at the yuletide beer tasting on board Fridtjofen 13th and 14th of December 2019. Clear red. Diminishing pink head. Aroma and taste of low-fat yoghurt, lactic acid and red currants and other red berries. Dry and and slightly acid.

Aroma is tart fruity notes of currants, cherries and wine gum, as well as vanilla and sweet candy. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is lactic acid with fruity notes of currants, cherries and vanilla, as well as wine gum and notes of candy. Dry finish.
