Bottle. A lightly foggy beer, golden in color and topped by a lasting small white head. Quite grainy aroma, but mostly on the fruity side. Not much of the coriander and orange expected from the style, this is more on the grassy path, with canned peach notes, yellow apple and some hay. It's medium bodied and quite pleasant on the palate, rather soft, and with low but decent bitterness level. Grass, hay, hints of orange, canned peach, yellow apple and a faint spiced hint towards the end of the flavor. Not much coriander or orange here either, and in general the kveik yeast seems to be of a very moderate kind. Anyway, it's sure a decent one, sort of easy drinkable too, but not much of a wit. 200908

Bottle from Gulating. Slightly unclear golden body with a fine white head. Light in aroma, some pale malt, wheat and yeast. Taste is relatively refreshing with the same pale malt, wheat and yeast as found in aroma. Very plain, I did not find much of coriander or other spices as noted by previously ratings, actually miss the Belgium touch here. Medium body and medium aftertaste. A pretty light and anonymous beer, more like a generic blond or wheat instead of wit IMO. Nothing wrong, but no distinct flavors and not much going on here.

330ml bottle bought at Gulating Ølutsalg in Tromsdalen. Shared with Finn. One-finger thick white head leaving lacing rings on the glass. A wheat haze to a golden body. Modest wheat fruity smell, lightly spiced. Restrained citrus flavours added by a coriander bite, and a touch of kveik beneath. Ends fruity. Fair enough. (Tromsø 10.05.2020).
