Bottle @ Jimmy’s43. Sampled at the main bar, away from the bacon lounge.
Wine glass. Clear, yellow gold. Looks still.
Smell is skin & bittersweet green apples. Faint, bright funk.
Tastes of green grapes, saline, & yogurt, hmmm... Never too funky though. A really nice, almost too ripe/rancid bitter citrus acidity that isn’t overbearing.
Filtered. Faint carbonation, that I’m guessing with a proper pour would be more noticeable.
Not as wild/cheesy as the Castanon(carried by the same distributor), more even, & actually sessionable. Tasty.
