750ml wired cork bottle. Opened with a loud pop. Sparkling, golden colour, fizzy white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of funky apple with vinegary & juicy apple hints. Taste is tangy apple, some green apple, and funky vinegar, woody, orchardy notes along with sharp acidity. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart & sourish finish. Nicely drinkable.

On tap at Bushwhacker Woodlawn, pours a clear pale golden yellow, no head. Aroma brings out lovely barnyard funk upfront, with lots of dusty apple skins. Flavour is less invigorating sadly, with muted barnyard funk and bone dry apple skins. A pleasure to drink, but it's not that complex and is rather muted. Not bad.
