Sampled at Wild Festival Groningen. Clear golden, no head left after some minutes. Sweet and dry apple, a touch of funk, light mineral, soft pear, crisp apple peel, dry old cellar. Almost medium sweet, light tart and bitter. Medium bodied, soft carbonation and medium dry finish. Cool!

Clear golden with no head. Aroma of red apples, apple core and woody notes with funk. Flavour is moderate sweet. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
