0.33 l can from local 'Trink & Spare' as 'Somersby Sparkling Rosé, best before January 2022. Clear, rose with a thin, slightly fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, gently floral and slightly fruity aroma of rosehip, hibiscus, some apple and a touch of raspberry. Quite sweet, minimally sour, rather fruity-floral taste of rosehip, hibiscus, apple and raspberry, followed by a short, slightly tart, hardly woody finish. Thin body, minimally astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Way too sweet and sugary, other than that quite okay.
