0.33 l can from local 'Trink & Spare' as 'Somersby Sparkling Rosé, best before January 2022. Clear, rose with a thin, slightly fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, gently floral and slightly fruity aroma of rosehip, hibiscus, some apple and a touch of raspberry. Quite sweet, minimally sour, rather fruity-floral taste of rosehip, hibiscus, apple and raspberry, followed by a short, slightly tart, hardly woody finish. Thin body, minimally astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Way too sweet and sugary, other than that quite okay.

Barwa różowa, klarowne, piana biało-różowa, niewielkiej wielkości, niezbyt trwała. W aromacie kwiatowo- truskawkowo-malinowe, niczym syrop albo słodkie wino. W smaku słodkie, mała kwaskowość, cukrowe, kwiatowe. Goryczka niska, wysycenie średniowysokie. Za słodkie. Piwna wersja damskiego jabola.
