On tap at La Binouze, pours a hazed golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of piney hops, light floral notes, and biscuity malt. Flavour is much the same, with bright piney hops, with a floral tinge and a biscuity malt base. Piney, floral finish, maintaining excellent balance.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a shaker. Clear pale golden colour, tall frothy white to off-white head, good retention, light lacing. Aroma pale malts, grain, lemon, bread, hay. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, grain, light citrus, bready, resinous notes, light spicy notes. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, dry sweetbitter aftertaste, grainy, bit husky, light spicy notes, rather non-descript yet pleasant to drink, nice.

On tap at La Binouze, pours a clear gold with some white head. Nose is standard, some malt and grass, some citrus and soap. It's not charming, but not offensive either. Flavors follow, simple grist and grain, some lemon and a little herbal tea. Finishes dry, if not a touch watery.

Time Out, Game Over.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A clear amber beer with a huge most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of resinous hops, pine, some citrus and caramelized malt. Taste of dry resinous and citrusy hops, caramel, pine, medium bitterness.

Bottle from the brewery. Fresh and floral nose. The beer starts fruity with lots of pine and resin. Deep floral with a dry and slightly grainy body. The hops are in the foreground, fruity and hoppy with pine and resin in a dry and moderate bitter ending. Well made.

Bottle shared. Bit hazy golden with good sized white head. Strawberry milkshake, light toffee, a hint of lime, light grass. Quite some strawberry milkshake hop in here. It’s just Medium sweet and light bitter. Almost medium bodied. Could be a touch more bitter maybe but it’s quite ok.
