#lambiclauantai. Funky, vinous and sourish with some farmyardy yeastiness, citrusy lemony tartness and mild earthiness. Not as aggressive as I expected, has mellowed nicely.

Frothy one, soft, some cheese, wood, low carbo, smooth, soft and gentle gueuze, has a slightly iron touch in the base, still like this one. Dry finish
