Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 28/01/21. Hazed orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is bitter orange, pine needle, pissy tropicana twang, grass, ripe melon, grapefruit. Taste comprises orange pith, melon, pine needle, grapefruit, papaya, hint of weed, lychee, suggestion of stoned fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with lightly resinous to juicy hop bitterness and kissed with a balanced boost. Decent DIPA.

Can ordered from the brewery. Aroma is combines sweet stonefruit, melon and citrus. Hazy pale gold. Thin creamy translucent white head. Initial sugary fruit sweetness which is then elbowed aside by a big dose of bitterness. This is resinous and boozy with stonefruit tartness. Sweetness appears again in the finish. Light-medium bodied. Slick. A touch oily. Average carbonation. Long astringent finish. Following the sweet aroma I wasn't expecting the full-on bitterness, which I should point out is not a criticism. Bitter but well balanced.
