Can. Chinook, Cascade, Centennial, Rakau and Waimea hops. Hazy gold beer, big bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, good fine crispness. Very light malts. Nice hops - bright fresh orange. Spicy orange and tangerine. Orange peel. Finishes light and crisp and leaves a spicy tangerine linger. Nice one. Great bright hops.

On tap at Thomas Tallis Canterbury. Hazy amber colour lasting white head. Some tropical fruit fruit from the apollo a bit of fresh onion stems. Too cold too fizzy. Onion abd satsuma flavour. Too fizzy.

Tried at The Cardinals Hat, Lincoln. Golden colour white head. Fruity, tropical, citrus aroma. Taste mid sweet with a bitter finish.
