Cask at Smithfield Tavern, Manchester. Pours clear mid brown with a ruby tinge & a creamy beige cap. Malt, bread, light caramel aroma. Taste: light sweet & light to moderate bitter, dry, creamy, bread, light caramel, hedgerow berry hints. Medium body with tight carbonation. Not bad at all.

Cask, third, shared with Finn at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival, Brewery Bars. Unclear dark orange body, patchy beige head. Spotty lacing. Moderate smell of dough and apricot. Taste of ripe fruits supported by biscuit and grainy malts. Mid-dry stewed fruity finish. Accepted. (Day 3 of the festival, 24.01.2020).

Cask @ Smithfield Market Tavern, Manchester. Clear copper with a golden-red glow. It's an easy session texture, hoppy and very mild in its red berry notes. This is a fairly standard brew, sessionable, with some dirty sweet-floral notes in its aroma.
