This dry and punchy Red Ale offers complex flavours of grapefruit and bitter orange combined with tropical kicks coming from the Galaxy and Mosaic additions. We wanted to accentuate those citrus notes with a further addition of Chinook as a dry hop as well as a mango charge from the Mosaic. The malty backbone is slightly toasty and fits in perfectly well with the citrus and orange flavour profile of the American hops.

[ As Beatnikz Republic / Rivington Crimson Flare ].
ABV: 5.2%. Clear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange, fruity hops, warm fruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, sweet malt, caramel, warm fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200120]

Gravicask, third, shared with Finn at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival, Coast To Coast Bar. Deep mahogany coloured body, dotted spots on the glass, naked surface. Juicy malts on the nose. Grapefruit flavours added by almond and juicy malts. Dark fruity ending with roasted malts. Nice. (Third day of the festival, 24.01.2020).

Cask gravity at White Cliffs BF 2020. Russet colour lasting beige head. Good I thought a sweet red ale. Decent enough. Some malt.

Gravicask. På Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2020. Delt med Rune. Mørkebrun. Skumring. Aroma av tropisk frukt. Smaken plommer. Vel søt. Stikkelsbær i avslutninga.

Tight well carbonated amber head on a reddish brown body. Tangy berry, spices, sugar & a fruity back. Served far too cold in Orchard Bar, Preston - as always!

Cask at the Beatnikz Republic Bar, Manchester. Clear copper-amber with a creamy head. It has a glow and is fruity in both aroma and taste, followed by a somewhat gritty hop-maltiness that provides depth over flavour.
