Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 9/3/2022. Pale gold in colour, with a slight, white, head. Plenty of topical fruit character, some grassy hops, light malts and a dryish finish. Good.

[ As Thirst Class Mosaic Pale ].
ABV: 4.7%. Clear light medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, light citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity malt, fruity - light stone fruit, light citrus, light grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20200123]

Bottle from Drink? Hebden Bridge. Golden with a mild haze and a mild glow. This is fairly dry and hoppy with a hint of wild fruit behind quite a gritty-soapy taste, which in itself makes it feel dense and stronger tasting than it actually is.

From cask, third at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival, Brewery Bars. Shared with Finn. Bubbles on the surface, spotty lacing, warm golden body. Moderate smell of passion fruits. Blended taste of berry-fruits. Rounded fruity ending with discreet bitterness. Satisfying. (2nd day of the festival 23.01.2020).
