Our farmhouse Pale is brewed with Maris Otter and wheat malts, spelt grains, and Noble Saaz hops. The beer is fermented initially with a Beaujolais wine yeast and then finished with a classic saison yeast to create a light, fruity ale with a crisp, dry finish.

[ As Runaway Farmhouse Pale ].
ABV: 3.9%. Unclear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, earthy, yeast, woody. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wood - woody, earthy, sweet malt, wheat, saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20200123]

From wooden cask, third at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival, Wood Bar. Shared with Finn. Hazed golden body, filmy layer, poor lacing. Aroma of ripe citrus. Saison fruity flavours with grassy hops. Drying fruity end. Fair enough. (2nd day of the festival 23.01.2020).

Keg @ Ramble + Rose, Hebden Bridge. Pale golden with a small head. It has a rich hoppy sugary-sweetness in both its aroma and taste.
