Golden color, white head with short retention. Aroma with spices and lemon peel. Flavor with a light bitterness, spices, herbs, light maltiness, citrusy. Light bittery final, juniper presence as well.

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of coriander, juniper, grapes, yeast and wood. Clear pale amber color with thin quickly diminishing off-white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light to medium sweet grainy, spicy and yeasty, following is grassy, medicinal and alcoholic, while finish is moderate tonic-like bitter. Medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Spiced up and a bit f**ked up saison...

330ml bottle. Clear golden with a thin head, floating sediment. Aroma of spices, bready malt, yeast. Taste is yeasty, bready, spices, herbs, peppery, probably some juniper but hard to pick out specifically, touch of warming alcohol. Medium body, soft carbonation. Nice spicy saison but doesn't scream G&T to me.

Bottle. Yellow golden pour. Aroma of yeast ester, orange, dusty herbs and malt. Taste has dry yeast, herbs, juniper, orange, lemon, malt and a dry spicey finish. I expected something bad, but this is actually quite tasty. The malt and yeast counter the dryness I usually don't like in gin tonic. Good stuff.
