Tap @ Melkebaren. Clear golden body under a moderate sized white head. Aroma of pale malt, grain and estery yeast. Taste of sweet, pale malt, spicy yeast and a bit sharp bitterness. Medium body with the same aftertaste following to the end. Drinkable bit a bit in the middle of the road sasion that’s almost forgotten when glass is empty.

Bottle at the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy dark amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma of hay, phenols, grass, cilantro and bread. The flavour has more lime along with grass, cilantro, alcohol, wheat buns and ends a little dry. Has a slick and soft mouth feel, medium body and a medium level bitterness. Both fruity and malty.

Sample from bottle at Fridtjofen's Yule beer tasting 2019. Pale straw colour, white head. Weak aroma and flavour, some spicy yeast. Thin mouthfeel for its strength. I love lutefisk, but this beer would not be my choice for the meal. If anyone gives me a bottle for free, I'd be willing to re-rate, though.
