Half-pint, on cask at Glue Pot, shared with Finn. Patchy pearl white head over a deep and clear dark brownish body. Moderate smell of berry-malts, mid-sweet. Blended taste of caramel malts and dark berries. Ends semi-sweet with distant bitterness. Fair enough. (Swindon 26.10.2019).

Gravity cask at the Newport Ale House. Dark golden brown, clear with a small, small layer of white head. Grainy and slightly vinous smell with some white pepper and a touch of plum. Bittersweet taste, malt-led, a touch of caramel, with plain bittering hop exposed on the finish. Lingering medicinal bitterness. Flat body. Very good for the style.

Cask at Swan, Farnborough. Smells like my mates fish burger... odd that. Medium chestnut. Creamy but blotchy head. Malty with a bitter edge. Malty. Biscuity. Light bodied. Thin. Average carbonation. Long finish. Decent enough bitter. A bit of personality to it.
