Wetherspoon Autumn Beer Festival 2019. Cask @ Barum Top Inn, Halifax. Blonde with a creamy head. It’s hoppy with hints of citrus and has a bitter finish in this respect.

Half-pint, cask ale at The Man In The Moon. Shared with Finn. Patchy off-white head, clear dark amber body, clingy lacing. Ripe fruit and mid-sweet grainy malts on the nose. Balanced taste profile of toffee and leafy hops. Fair bittersweet level to the finish. Satisfying, after breakfast drink. (Newport, Isle of Wight 21.10.2019).

Cask-conditioned, at the Punch Bowl, (JDW), York October 2019. Golden in colour, with a slight, white, head. Leafy hops, a touch of lemon fruit, light malts and a dryish finish. Good.

Delt med Rune på Man in the Moon (JDW) i Newport, IoW. Gyldenbrun. Klar. Lavt tett skum. Spotlacing. Plommearoma. Smaken balansert. Karamell, malt med hint av frukt. Behagelig tørr avslutning. Like mye en god bitter som en APA.

Cask at the Hope Tap, Reading. Gold with a thin off-white head. Bit watery. Bitter lemon with a touch. Pretty standard gold, maybe a bit too bitter for my liking.
