Hopped with Hersbrucker, Perle, and Mittelfruit.
Our zesty take on a European-style lager. This means clean, crisp, dry and trés drinkable. It pours golden with a light haze, and the late addition of Noble hops in the brewing process adds a touch of hop aroma on the nose.

Third, keg at Bianca Road. Shared with Finn. Clear warm golden body, filmy layer, lacing rings down the glass. Dusty hops on the nose added by ripe fruits. Moderate peachy flavous with mid-sweet malts beneath. Ends with a little bittersweet bite. Fair enough. (Bermondsey, London 19.10.2019).

Hazy golden body with a fine white top. Fine lacing down the sides of the glass. Decent intensity in the aroma. Moderate sweet and a fine bitterness. Quite refreshing actually. Herbal, some wort, mild fruity, mild citric and malty flavor. [On tap @ source]

Can from Hoppily. Pours slightly hazy dark gold with a small off-white head. Aroma of grapefruit, grain, malt and damp straw. Moderate sweetness, medium plus bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Bitter, fruity finish. Certainly not your average lager.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up on Columbia Road. Opens up and the beer froths out, which was odd. The aroma has some simple pale bread, a little meringue, pale grains straw. Light sweet flavour with subtle grassy bitterness, dirty straw, cereal, more pale grains. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with some doughy notes, more pale bread, grains, vague fruity accents, bitter hay, faint grain husk. So so overall.

Can picked up in New Cross. It pours clear golden - amber with a small white head. The aroma is soft, mellow, white bread, cereal, since, toasty grain and cracker. The taste is crisp, dry, clean, lemon peel, toasty grain, cereal, hay and grass with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Well rounded and rather drinkable stuff. A good lager and promising stuff from these guys.
