Strawberry Smoothie Breakfast Sour IPA. A fresh IPA loaded with strawberry, Madagascan vanilla beans, and lactose; Subsequently dry hopped with Cashmere and Mosaic. 3 barrels of 9 month old sour blonde beer were then blended in to add a light sourness and round the beer.

Draft: Poured an orangeish red with white head. Aroma is fruity, strawberry. Taste is bit tart jam fruit.

Keg at the Barrel Project, 31/10/19. Lightly hazed orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is tangy orange, carrot juice, citric zest, grass, stoned fruit. Taste comprises light wood, juicy citric flesh, light wood, tangy fruit cocktail. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad.

Keg, third, shared with Finn at Barrel Project. Hazy reddish body, lacing rings, bubbly covering head. moderate berry fruits on the nose. Strawberries and creamy malts to the taste buds followed by a mid-tart and sweet ending of berries. Accepted. (Bermondsey, London 19.10.2019).

Keg at the bermondsey tap room. A hazed reddy orange coloured pour with a a fine off white head. Aroma is lovely, strawberry, pomegranit, big juicy nectarine, hints of wood, oak. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy, massive nectarine, peach, strawberry. Juicy, light tang, white peach, apricot, light wood. Palate is semi sweet and sour, tangy, highish carbonation. Super interesting.

On tap at the brewery Bermondsey. 7.2% hazy red orange colour. thin white head. some good strawberry flavour some sourness. sour finish. decent fruit. a bit too sour maybe. good.

Keg at BBNo 07/09/19. Sweet vanilla and fruit with a sour edge. Reddy pink. Creamy translucent white head. Medium sour. Fruity. Light bodied. Thin but slick. Soft carbonation. Dry finish. Decent enough.
