A flavour explosion that’s like a proton torpedo in your exhaust port. An Imperial March into your mouth. Return of the Marshmallow.

We've taken everything great about Stay Puft and gone bigger. We've imperialised our delectable marshmallow porter up to 9% ABV with rich roasty notes, a sticky sweetness and rich dried fruit flavours from the massive amounts of malt working to a higher strength.

Pours pitch black, topped with smaller and not lasting beige head. Chocolate nose with quite some vanilla and some soury cherry cola feel about it. Sweeter start, slight cola soury feel and no real bitterness ar first, but later on medium bittery touch develops. Medium body. Slight alcohol warmth.

Keg @ House of Grain, Shrewsbury. Pours dark, large deep tan head. Aroma is sweet, chocolate, marshmallow i suppose. Taste is smooth, with gentle chocolate, light marshmallow, lactose, easy-drinking, handles the strength well. Excellent chocolatey porter.

Bottle at home after a long day of backbreaking physical labour. Black with tan head. Big sweet deep roasted malts, marshmallow, dark fruit, bit dusty. Massive sweet and big bitter. Full body and soft carbonation. Lovely powder dry feel of marshmallow kept intact in the beer. Otherwise sweet and artificial, with a layer of dust. Still quite enjoyable.

330ml bottle. Pours black with a thin sliver of a tan head, quickly dissipating. Aroma is rich and sweet, malts, dark fruits, marshmallows, vanilla. Taste is similarly very rich and sweet, tons of malts, dark fruits, big marshmallow, lactose, chocolate, roast malt, bittersweet finish. Medium-full body, sticky, thick and creamy mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Great version of Stay Puft.
