Bottled. Deep ambery brown colour with a mediumsized off-white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is fruity, pine, some plum, alcohol and some spiciness (probably due to the abv). Flavour is intense alcohol, fruit, some bitterness, and resin and pine to it. Very boozy finish and afttertaste. Not pleasant one slightlest bit as for drinkability.

On tap at Sørlandet Matfestival. It's an unclear dark golden to amber colored beer, with some dark beige bubbles on top. The aroma is just like a super concentrated west coast IPA, with lots of alcohol, malty sweetness and pine cones and resin. Some caramel. It's warming, full-bodied and then some, with a very suitable carbonation. Very sweet, with a good bitterness to bring some kind of balance. Pine cones, resin, citrus zest, caramel, alcohol and some dried fruits in the flavor. Lasting warming, sweet and bitter finish with a good dash of fruityness and malty flavors. Way too alcoholic and dense this one, but it's still very nice in a way. Sure not a thirst quencher. 190712

Dark golden with off white head - Malt and hops in the aroma - Malt body that has a good herbal hop flavour with hints of bitterness and a stron alcohol burn - The malt and hops goes into the finish with alcohol heat - This was good, but to much alcohol

Bottle. Clear deep golden body with a fading, dense tan head. Aroma has malt, some caramel, dry fruit and surprisingly little alcohol. Taste is sweet and malty with some caramel, dry fruit, citric fruit, apricot, nice bitterness and warming alcohol. Fine body and long lasting smooth and warming aftertaste. Nice and solid.

170ml draught at Ølhallen. Fair lacing from a white head, unclear dark orange coloured body. Caramel, biscuit and dried fruits on the nose. Solid, sweet flavours of dried fruits, bread, almond and alcohol. Lingering sweet warming ending. Heavy stuff - one small glass was enough. (Tromsø 11.09.2019).
