Can from Kraft kafe, Sauda. Almost clear deep golden body with a huge off-white head. Aroma has mild, ripe citric fruit, malt and light caramel. Taste is malty with bread, orange marmalade, ripe apricot, hint of pine and moderate bitterness. Medium body and same aftertaste. Feels a bit over the top even within the best before date with god margin. Tastes probably a lot better fresh as the malt base and bitterness seems to make a fine balance if the fresh fruit has been present.

Amber with a thick, foamy head. Pine, peaches, caramel aroma. Bittersweet with the bitterness having the upper hand, particularly at the finish, but overall well balanced and quite fruity. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation—nice heft given the low ABV. Good!

Can, courtesy of bergstaden. An unclear amber colored beer with a dense two- finger offwhite head leaving lacing. The aroma is piney and lightly citrusy, grapefruit mostly, with a touch of bready malts. It's medium to full bodied, with a nice carbonation. It's quite bitter, but with sufficient sweetness to bring some kind of balance to the accounts. Piney hops, grapefruit, some orange zest and a touch of grass in the flavour, on a backdrop of bready malts and some caramel. Bitter and piney finish. This is not my first encounter with this beer, but it's much better now than I remember it to be. 191012
