500 ml bottle, as Tya Juv Red Ale, from Bris Ølutsalg, Jørpeland. As normal for this brewery, the label design is outstanding. ABV is 4.7%. Reddish brown colour, large off-white head. Aroma of amber malts, red berries and caramel The flavour is malty but not too sweet, fairly light bodied. Again notes of caramel, only a hint of berry fruit. Moderate to modest hops. Fairly well balanced and easy drinking, good with food.

Egenpleie i solkroken en vakker aprilkveld: 0,5 flaske fra Gulating Stavanger. Vakker, rødlig mahogny med flott skum som holder følge helt til bunns. Saftig aroma og smak med røde bær, karamellkjeks, vaniljeappelsiner og et hint av kanel. Smaksrik, balansert og lettdrikkelig. En velplassert forfriskning etter sykkelturen.

BAottle shared with MHÅ and IH at Poa Kicizi-bryggeriet 16.03.19. Hazy mahogany. Beige head and lacing. Aroma and taste of slightly metallic, medium roasred malt and some hops. Decent.

Mørk amber. Middels høyt kremaktig skum med litt farge. Aroma av jordbær. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken som aromaen. Hint av mandler etter hvert. Bra den.

500ml bottle bought at Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsø. Nice in the glass with a deep mahogany coloured body under a stable, rocky off-white head leaving spotty lacing on the glass. Quite promising smell of leafy hops, mid-sweet. Blended taste profile of red fruits and caramel malts, slightly jam-like. Malt-fruity ending, semi sweet. Medium bodied. Like it. (Tromsø 30.08.2018).

Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, dark amber color. Aroma is slightly sweet grassy, caramel malts, toast, grass, minerals, dusty grain, hay, minerals, sawdust, sap, weeds, paper, hints of vanilla. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish roasted, weeds, hay, grass, roasted grain, toast, minerals, bark, soil, caramel malts, chocolate, alcohol. Medium to longlasting, slightly harsh roasted mouthfeel. Fair enough.
