We’ve used two of the finest American hop varieties to add a citrus kick to this refreshing golden beer. Citra and Mosaic hops are blended in plentiful amounts to deliver a complex tropical nose. Crisp pale malts combine with the hops to craft this thirst- quenching tipple.

Handpull cask at the Shire Horse, Kettering. Very light golden, almost straw, clear with a loose rocky white head. Enticing aroma of white grape, gooseberry, some pale malts. Sweet taste, light fruity flavours leading to a bitterness at the finish. Watery body with low carbonation. I quite enjoyed this, a little surprised by some of the lower rates.

500ml bottle from local garden centre. Part of the glass broke away with the cap like they were fused together when opening which was ominous. Pours a light hazy dark gold with no head. Has a light mixed tropical tinned fruit and malt. Modest bitterness and very light carbonation - almost flat. Its not infected and tastes alright if a little stale. Still better than most macro lagers! Still, clearly something went wrong with the bottling and conditioning.
