Keg as Tirril Best Bitter, 3.8 %, shared with Finn at Merchants 1688 in Lancaster. Nitro creamy off-white head that laced well. Clear copper coloured body. Restrained aroma of bread-like malts, mid-sweet. Malt-driven taste profile with subdued hop bitterness to a smooth ending. Okay, just a bit anonymous. (06.02.2019).

On tap at Merchant’s in Lancaster. This is a smooth tasting best bitter with a large creamy head. Dark golden in colour, nice feeling in the palate. A medium bitterness.
