Bottle @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours light hazy deep red with a small pink head, light lacings. Aroma of light sourness, wood, little spicy, little cinnamon, rich cherries, sweet and ligh tart cherries. Flavor is little sweet, light tart, wood, little spice, tart and sweet cherries, cherry stones. Thin body, soft carbonation, light acidic finish. 080417

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus fødselsdagsfest. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark ruby. Aroma and taste are rich cherries, almonds, malt, fruits, flowers and malt. Nice sour finish.

AIBF2016. Hazy deep purple pour with a frothy pale purple head. Absolutely insane jammy cherry nose. Bread, biscuits, raisins, almonds, vanilla and hints of alcohol. Slightly sweet, tiny sour, malty, fruity taste. Soft, round, velvety mouth. Huge and absolutely delicious beer!
