Beaverfest Day 1. Keg. Clear cherry red beer, good pink head. Light dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Nice Morello cherry, mildly tangy and not too much acid. Light finish.

On tap at at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. Looks fantastic, deepest dark red, small pinkish head. Cant feel the abv, quite fruity, cherries all around, some citrus, wood, some light sweetness in the middle, red wine, medium+ sourness. Medium bodied. Very nice.

Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day juan, 08/09/17. Cherry red with a smart crimson cap. Nose is tarte blackberries, funk, oak, wood must, damp straw. Taste comprises earthy cherry skins, bittersweet berry jam, damp wood, autumn alleyway post rainfall, mellow funk, sharp cherry tang, fruit balsams. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, drying close with a lick of booze and a mellow acidic throat scrape. Decent enough sour red but lacks depth for the ABV for me,

Shared from bottle at Maakun’s. Dark red with offwhite pinkish head. Sweet and dense cherries, dark cherries, boiled cherries, cinnamon. Moderate sweet, light sour, light bitter. Full body, soft carbonation. Nice fruity and not so sour, would have enjoyed some more sour actually.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Deep ruby with dark pink head. Lots of sweet cherries, cherry pits, light red grapes, vanilla, soft dough and a touch of bread. Soft bitter herbs with cherry skins, about medium sweet and light sour with tannic bitter finish. Over medium bodied. Very fruity and nice, doesn’t feel like 10% at all.
