As it warms up, the Kerzu (December in Breton) is adorned with fruity, cherry and black fruit nuances. When we put our lips to it, we necessarily come back to it. A gourmet stout that can be left to age for up to three years to vary the pleasures. It is a complex beer, round, tasty and long in the mouth, with a strong character without being too alcoholic.

Bottled 330ml. -from La Cave à Bulles, Paris. Pitch black coloured, medium sized dark brown head, coffee in the nose. Roasted malt, dry coffee and dark chocolate with bitter roasty finish. Slightly oily. Simple but very nice and enjoyable French stout.
