Beer in the copper dress. The Goudale IPA is the perfect marriage of several American hops from the plains of Yakima (Washington State-USA). It reveals notes of citrus fruit and exotic fruits and wants to dry with pronounced bitterness. The yeast and cereals used in its recipe complete its taste palette with aromatic notes.

Fles gedeeld door Roelzie1986, geprobeerd met Inoven en Benzai. Het is een lichte ipa met een lekkere lichte hopsmaak.

Taste from bottle at All Points North tasting Edinburgh. Appearance - golden with a decent head. Nose - light lemon and bread. Taste - more of the same. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - not ipa in the modern sense. Lacked the fruity high points you’d expect.

Ambar, limpia. Escasa espuma. No dura apenas. Aroma malteado con notas de frutos secos. En boca ligera de cuerpo, algo aguada, base malteada y toques herbales, algo artificiales. Amargor moderado. IPA de tipo inglΓ©s, no muy conseguida.

Bottle from Carrefour. Clear amber coloured with an off white head. Nose is light hoppy, grassy, caramel. Flavour is caramel malts, light grassy hops, bit of fruityness. Low bitterness. Not really an IPA.

Bottled 330ml. -from Geant Albertville. Clear amber coloured, small white head, weak fruity hoppy nose. Light fruity hoppy, slightly herbal and metallic with notes of alcohol and rather bitter finish and aftertaste. A bit stale hops presence. What else to expect from macro IPA.

bottle from E.Leclerc Reims-Montfleury. Hazy pale golden with a tall white head. Malty with a sweet touch, shy fruity hops. Not IPA-like, just a fruity ale.

Bottled 330ml (Saveur)
Clear copper-amber color, small off-white head. Berryish, hoppy, sweetish aroma. Medium-bodied. Sweetish IPA. Honeyish notes, citrus, tropical fruits. A bit citric. Quite French (beer) feeling in this IPA.

Bottled@AIH66 Beer Session (from Saveur Biere). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, kind of earthy and mild grainy notes along with some some strange herbal notes. Flavour is fruity, grainy, mildly rubbery, some slight wooden and herbal notes. Funny enough, this feels like an artificial IPA without real hops to it.

Bottle at Plage de Cleut Rouz. Amber with white head. Sweet malts. Caramel, biscuits, bitter tea, leather shoe. Light sweet, moderate bitter. Under medium body, soft carbo. Nowhere near an IPA the way I like em. --- Beer merged from original tick of La Goudale IPA on 18 Dec 2017 at 12:07 - Score: 5. Original review text: 2.7
