Bottled (from Vinmonopolet Kirkenes). Deep orange colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, vintage flavours. Flavour is wooden, earthy, some vintage old notes with some grainy and mild. tartness. Sourish, which it shouldn't be most likely.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.0%. Amber colour, moderate white head. Distinct and unbalanced aroma of yeast, like in so many other Aja beers, explaining why the brewery is now out of business. Also earthy notes with hints of blackcurrants. The flavour is also earthy and moderately yeasty, slightly sweet with blackcurrant notes again. Moderate bitterness. Could have been worse, but could also have been so much better.

Bottled (Vinmonopolet Kirkenes)
Amber colour, small off-white head. Caramel, odd booze in the nose. Light-bodied. Malts, berries, paper .. feels old. Meh.

330ml bottle, lot 817, from Vinmonopolet Langnes. Next to clear amber coloured body. Stable white head. Lacing rings down the glass. Rather restrained aroma of leafy hops and malty sweetness. Blended taste of caramel malts, marmalade, and spruce. Bittersweet tail. Medium bodied. Half-way pleased. (Tromsø 06.06.2018).
