500ml bøttle, #66, picked up at Vinmonopolet Langnes. A creamy, off-white tophead, Hazed dark copper coloured body. Oak and dried fruity nose. Blended taste of dried fruits, dough, wood, and chocolate malts. Semi-sweet malt-driven end. Smooth mouth feel. Fine depth. Enjoying. (Session with janeriks, Finn, Snegurochka and TheCellerar, Tromsø 15.03.2018).

Flaske fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. Delt med Janeriks, Rune, Sneguchka og TheCellerar på Nerstranda. Dypbrun. Høyt tett skum med litt farge. Nøttearoma. Smaken nøtter & søt sherry. Lett tørr ettersmak.

KØLF 220917. Dark brown color with a beige head. Flavor is dried fruit, plums, red wine, wood, vinous, caramel, chocolate, alcohol. Full body. Nice beer.

Bottle. Clear dark amber body with a big, dense, pale beige head. Aroma has malt, fruit and a little hint of cooked vegetables, but not really annoying. Flavor is sweet malt, dry fruit, ripe plums, chocolate and vinous alcohol. Fine body and smooth aftertaste. Really nice one.

Amber with dark off white head - Dark fruity malt aroma with some wood notes as well - Dark malt body with dark fruity notes with hints of wood and some spicy flavours as well - The dark malt and spicy dark fruity flavours goes into the finish - This was good

Pours dark reddish brown with a beige head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, dried fruits, yeast, vinous and hint of oak. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long malty, fruity, caramel, vinous and faint hint of oak in the finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to fizzy

Bottle. A lightly hazy brown beer with a small, dense, beige head. The aroma has oak, dark bread, caramel and some dark dried fruits. There’s some vague hints of berries too, which I cannot detect in the mouth. It’s full-bodied, semi-sweet and with a nice carbonation. Decent bitterness too. Dark bread, caramel and dried fruits blended nicely together in the flavor, and the oak gives a blessing kiss. Lasting finish with caramel and dried fruits doing most of the work. Not the most complex dubbel on the market, but it’s sure a fine one. 160617

Small bubbly shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry mineraly, caramel malts, oak, minerals, apples, grass, hay, nuts, chocolate, hints of vanilla. Taste is mineraly, weeds, oak, minerals, apples, grass, caramel, nuts, hints of vanilla. Medium bitterness, watery and mineraly mouthfeel. Fair enough.
