330ml bottle, batch nr 1864, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsø. Hazed yellow body, remaining white tophead, patchy lacing down the glass. Modest floral nose, dry. Sappy mid sweet citrus joined by moderate malty sweetness to the taste profile. Kveik? Rounded dry ending with faint fruity bitterness. Refreshing. (Tromsø 04.02.2018).

Bottle, enjoyed three months after bottling. Pours hazy yellow, with a big, short lived, creamy head. Aroma is grassy hops with tropical notes of citrus and stone fruits, as well as some tart fruity yeast. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is grassy hops with citrusy and tropical notes, fruity yeasty notes, with hay and white berries, as well as notes of farmhouse, wood and forest.

Bottle. A bit uncertain to register this as traditional ale or American Pale ale, but as long as the 5.5% version is registered as IPA I believe APA is the most correct here (admin to correct if necessary). Hazy yellow body with a medium sized white head that fades quite fast. Aroma has lemon, oranges, citric fruit, hint of green apple, yeast and dough. Flavor is quite light and refreshing with citric fruit, lemon, oranges, some kveik association and fruity bitterness. Medium body And average aftertaste with a bitter ending. Quite nice, the kveik is distinct recognizable, but not very dominating. A fine and refrershing crossover between the old and new tradition.
