Mørk brun uklar med lys mørk beige skum. Lukter mørk sjokolade, lakris og noe toffee. Middels fylde. Smaker salt lakris, kakao og noe floralsk. Middels lang.

January 2018: Shared 500 ml bottle at local tasting. ABV is 9.0%. Black colour, beige head. Aroma of moderately roast malts and chocolate. Smooth flavour, fairly sweet, chocolate, vanilla and medium roast malts.

Bottled (Vinmonopolet Kirkenes). Black colour,mediumsized brown head. Aroma is chocolate, mild liquorice, alcohol and some spices. Flavour is chocolate, liquorice, some alcohol, toffee and mild dry fruits. Overall quite sweet. Long roasted coffee aftertaste.

Mørk brun med høyt beige skum. Helt kla t mest sjokolade i lukt og smak. Også kaffe og mørke stenfrukter. Forholdsvis lettdrikkelig. medium fylde og medium søt.

Backlog April 2018. Clear, dark brown almost black body under a big beige head. Aroma has dark malt and chocolate. Taste is medium sweet, dark malt, chocolate and medium bitterness. Nice body and good aftertaste. Nice, easy drinkable – not too pastry chocolate stout.

KØLF 060418. Black color with a tan head. Aroma is yeast, roasted malt, hop, chocolate, cocoa. Flavor is yeast, roasted malt, hop, chocolate, cocoa. Nice beer.

Dark brown colour, vanishing head. Rye bread, cocoa and chocolate in the sweetish nose. Medium-bodied. Cocoa, dark bread in the flavour. Simple and sweetish.

50cl bottle @Vasa tasting.Poured dark brown color with a thin white head.Sweet chocolate milky aroma, roastedness.Flavor has vanilla, roastedness, ash and milk chocolate. Bit heavy overall. Sweet finish

Shared bottle at RB/HD at Bjørnøy 26.01.18. Almost ebony. Brown head. Aroma and taste of dark malt, roasted barley, dark and bitter chocolate, pine and sap.
