Fra cask på Queens Arms, Basingstoke 14 Okt 17. Gylden. Filmskum med litt farge. Søt fruktaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken litt honning. Balansert. Grei - men vel søt.

Cask at the Prince Arthur (JDW), Fleet. A golden amber colour with a thin white head; toffee aroma; full bodied with an earthy caramel taste, and a pleasant, if rather woody, bitterness; then some lingering cinder toffee to finish.

Cask gravity at Beer Rebellion. It pours clear amber with a medium white head. The nose is woody, earth, toast, bread and fruit cake. The taste is wood, earth, decent bitterness, leather, toast, citrus peel and some astringency with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Tasty and well-rounded bitter.
