330 ml bottle, as Dahls Eksport, from Vinmonopolet Kvadrat. ABV is 6.5%. Golden colour, moderate white head. Sweetish aroma of malts, alcohol, honey and newmown grass. Malty flavour, moderately sweet, distinct herbal hops in the finish. Not too bad.

YG 011123. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is alcohol, malt, fruit, malt. Flavor is sugar, fruit, malt, alcohol, grass, caramel, bread. Ordinary beer.

Bottle. A clear, golden colored beer with a decent white head. The aroma is quite sweetish malty, with candy-ish sugar, pale malts, grass notes and a generic fruityness. Alcohol notes. It's full-bodied and lightly warming, gently carbonated and semi-sweet, with a bit too much sweetness. Sweetness, caramel, bread hints, grass, pine cones and a faint peppery touch in the flavor. Some alcohol. Lasting sweet, caramel and fruity finish. Interesting, nothing more. 231101

Golden with a white head - Malt aroma - Malt body with some hops to balance - Malt goes into the finish with some hints of hop bitterness - This was nice

Bryggerifestivalen i Trondheim 4 Aug 17. Lys gyldengul. Middels høyt kritthvitt skum. Lett maltaroma. Original review text: Fra fat på Erich Christians Sjenkestue, Trondheim 14 Jun 12. Gyldenbrun. Bobler fra bunnen. Veldig lavt skum som fester seg litt til glasset. OK aroma av forsiktig søt malt med antydning til frukt. Smaken er søt fruktig med en undertone av alkohol. Søt, fruktig ettersmak. Plommer & mandler. Ølet var bedre enn fryktet - men litt i søteste laget. Om plassen: Sjenkestua var koselig den. Akevitt er hovedfokus men litt norsk mikro i skapene.

200ml draught at E.C. Dahls Bryggeri pub og kjøkken. Rapidly dissipating white head over a clear, warm golden body. Dotted spots on the glass. Sweet smell of pale malts with fruity notes. Modest taste profile of mid-sweet pale malts, almond and dried fruity moments. Mid-sweet malty ending, slightly metallic. Medium bodied. Just alright, rather anonymous though.
