Bottle from Happy Apple, Totnes, simply known as Red Rock Pilsner on the label. Very mildly hazed golden coloured brew with a very small head. Has an ale-like pilsner taste with a very light carbonation, but not much flavour found on this pour.

Flaske 330ml - Continental Style Pilsner - på Union Rooms, Plymouth 24 Sep 16. Delt med Rune. Stråfarget. Middels høyt tett skum. Stabilt. Svakt uklar. Lett ferskenaroma. Smaken lett syrlig med tilløp til frukt. Blir tørr etter hvert.

330ml bottle, batch 887, as Continental Style Pilsner at Union Rooms (JDW). Covering white head leaving fair lacing on the glassware. Hazy golden body. Modest smell of pale malts, hints of lemon. Pale malty flavours together with lemony hints. Short mid-sweet end. Soft in-mouth feel. So and so. Shared with Finn. (Plymouth 24.09.2016).

Bottle on holiday in Lyme Regis. As ’Continental Pilsner’. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and has a fine minerally crispness. Very thin malts. Trace of hop orange. More minerals. Light finish. Fresh air beer!

bottle from Sidmouth Wines. Hazy golden yellow, tiny white head. Fruity nose. Shy malty sweet flavours, hints of rotten fruit and some shy bitterness in the finish. Not even close to a Pilsner.

On keg at the Cove, Outer Cove. Appearance - golden with a decent head. Nose - citrus and spice notes. Light caramel detected which is unexpected. Taste - dry herbs and spices. Lemon finish. Palate - light bodied with a dry tight texture and a long dry finish. Overall - good example of the style.
