355ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear gold with a thin white head. Aroma is corn, grass and cardboard. Taste is watery malt, corn. Weak.

[On tap at a Mexican restaurant in Fullerton, CA.] I was expecting the amber beer, but this turned up instead. A bland and insipid lager style beer - pale straw with a loose white head; cereal aroma; and a faint grassy bitterness - I won't make the same mistake again.

Bottle. Bit better than the Modelo, but still pretty boring. Not a great deal of aroma or taste. My notes got deleted, but I doubt they said anything interesting.

Bought in Gronau: label says 4,5%. Corny and grainy aroma. Bland and sticky, even a bit dusty flavor. Cardboard. Hint of orange, but where are the hops? Germany is abundant with breweries and decent beers. Why do Germans buy this stuff? Why do I? For another rating, I guess.

Yellow colored, medium white head. Some malty notes, light grain, plenty of corn, light grassy bitterness, light cardboard. Light bodied, soft carbonation, watery. Bland.

Pours a crystal clear gold color with a fizzy white head and decent retention. Almost no lacing. Light pale malts aroma. Spritzy mouthfeel, very soda-like. Soft pale malt flavor. Crisp. A little watery, but decent for a lighter beer.

Light yellow with a thin white head. Crisp taste, on the mild side, with a dry finish. Taste some malt sweetness as it warms.
