Named after the Haitian God of agriculture, the Azacca hop has an intense tropical aroma with hints of citrus and mango. A touch of caramel malt gives a sweet backbone to support the righteous fruit character of this beer. Pouring a burnt orange color and registering at 7% ABV, your taste buds will worship this heavenly, hopped delight

Draught, Darbys. Hazy, light amber, with a fairly thick head. Very toasty, woodsy aroma with amber malts and the azacca both showing through. Similar palate - fairly chwy and malt-forward, with a moderate bitterness, and just a touch of earthy hops. Good balance, and while it's not my favourite malt bill, it fits with this hop.

Fluffy off white head stayed on a reddish brown still body. Sweet confectionery & citrus aroma. Medium bodied, soft on the palate with a clean finish. Well balanced tastes of sweet citrus, malt, hops & pepper with a bitter grapefruit finish.

355ml bottle. Barely clear, orangey dark golden to amber colour with average, thick, creamy, fairly lasting and lacing, off-white head. Resinous, (tropical) fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of mango, peach and the like, citrusy overtones, caramel malty background. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty and fruity hoppy, notes of tropical fruit, mango and the like, yellow stone fruit, citrusy overtones; smooth, soft and silky palate. Far from a hoppy knock out, but quite rich and very harmonious. Good!
