Clear red brown beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, dissipates quickly. Aroma: dried fruits, banana, alcohol, more ripe banana, bit yeasty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of vanilla, caramel, dried fruits, soft roast, banana peel. Aftertaste: little bitter, some chocolate notes, bit sourish, ripe to overripe banana. Not a fan of the banana notes, but other than that a very pleasant beer.
